• Original Passport with at least six (6) months of remaining validity and two (2) adjacent blank pages. (If your passport does not meet the requirements, please contact us for a passport renewal).

• One (1) passport photo with a white background. Photograph quality requirements

• Copy of Green Card or I-94 or Work Permit (except US National).

• A completed and signed Visa Application form. (For foreign nationals of Eritrean origin, please fill out this Application Form) 

• Prepaid return UPS or FedEx label (address should be from sender to him/herself).

If all the necessary requirements are fulfilled, the visa can be issued on the next two or three (2-3) business days. However, the embassy also advises that for foreign nationals of Eritrean origin to submit their applications at least 30 days ahead of their trip.

The price for Multiple visa for 6 months is 245$.
